Fresh Seasonal Flowers
Locally grown and arranged
for Columbus, IN
Here at Dilly Dally Meadows, we believe that slowing down is essential to living a fulfilling life. Our garden helps us to pause, connect with nature, and just breathe.
We hope that our flowers can do the same for you all too.

Local Flowers, Local Connections
While it pains us to say it, not all flowers are grown equally. Around the 1960s, a chain of events led to a devastating turn for the floral community in our towns. A shift of sourcing flowers from local farmers and florists to importing from mass-production facilities in other countries resulted in a drastic change in quality for the consumer—Scentless, chemical-covered, stiff, bruised, and out of touch with the seasons. Consumers also lost the value of knowing their farmers, and the confidence that love and care were part of every process their flowers underwent.
Now, along with many others across the country, we are working to revive the connection between the community, flowers, and their farmers. Dilly Dally Meadows brings back that effortless Hoosier-grown beauty to your home directly from our farm. We encourage you to slow down, Dilly Dally, and connect with the world around you.

Hey There!

If you're new here, my name is Linnea, and I'm so glad you found us! My husband, Cameron, and I work with our 1,600-square-foot garden to grow fresh, local blooms for Columbus, Indiana.
In the Spring of 2024, I decided to try my hand at growing cut flowers in our backyard. Life had gotten crazy (as it does), and nature has always had a way of clearing my mind and easing my heart. I gathered seed-starting supplies along with a few packets of Snapdragons, Cosmos, and Bells of Ireland from a local garden center. Cameron discovered an obsession with Dahlias shortly after, and needless to say, we ended up with way more flowers than initially planned! Since then, we have fallen in love with the flower farming process, and continue to learn more from our garden each day.
In 2024, our homegrown flowers went to family and friends, and they enjoyed them so much that in 2025 we want to share our garden with you through local markets and seasonal subscriptions so that enjoying fresh flowers can become part of your household's weekly routine!
